Singe

by Jack Pritchard

Hey! Just so you know, this article is over 2 years old. Some of the information in it might be outdated, so take it with a grain of salt. I'm not saying it's not worth a read, but don't take everything in it as gospel. If you're curious about something, it never hurts to double-check with a more up-to-date source!

The 2nd piece I have created using my new proccess. As you can see the colour palette is still quite limited, I'm writing this post a couple of days after creating 'Singe', and I am glad to say I now have more control over the colouor palette available. The original image used for this compisition was an acrylic paint based painting, photographed, brought in to photoshop, then a 3D modelling software, then brought back in to photoshop for some touching up. In this piece, there isn't much of a deviation between the original painting and the end product, which is unusual for art produced using this method.
