Cracked Marble

Cracked marble is a piece I made on a slow Sunday afternoon. As the title says the image was composed of a microscopic shot of a marble ball I had cracked. After cracking it I brought the image into photoshop and created a symmetrical image rotation. The original image had a great colour palette available and I wanted to keep the colours vibrant and muted. The original image can be found below.
